Grilled Greek Marinated Fish


  • ¼  cup H24 Greek Marinade
  • 4 (6oz) Tilapia or Halibut


In a large reseal able plastic bag, pour the ¼ cup of Greek marinade. Add the tilapia and seal bag. Keep turning the bag so that all four pieces are well coated.
Refrigerate for 30 - 45 minutes. Drain and discard marinade.

Moisten a paper towel with cooking oil; using long-handled tongs, lightly coat the grill rack. Grill tilapia, covered, over medium heat or oven broil 4-5 inches from the heat source for 4-5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes and is easy to fork.
